The approved design is built into a fully functional, responsive website and launched. This is the final phase, where everything we've planned, designed, and refined becomes live and in your hands.
What this phase is
Phase 3 is the build-and-publish phase. With a signed-off, pixel-perfect design from Phase 2 in hand, we develop the site on a modern platform, implement responsive behaviour, test thoroughly across devices and browsers, and hand the finished product over to you. Because the design was fully approved before a single line of code was written, there are no interpretation gaps. What you approved is what gets built.
Development to Spec
The approved design is implemented exactly as signed off. Every layout, interaction, and component is built to match the Phase 2 Figma files, with no creative interpretation at this stage.
Responsive Testing
We test across multiple screen sizes: desktop, tablet, and mobile, and across major browsers. The site must perform and display correctly on all of them before review.
Final Review
We share the built site with you for final review. You check all content, interactions, and functionality. Minor adjustments within scope are applied at this stage.
Launch & Handover
Once approved, the site goes live. You receive access credentials, platform access, and any documentation needed to manage your site going forward.

Phase 3 Payment
Phase 3 is triggered by a 30% milestone payment, due before we publish. You've already paid 70% of the project cost across Stages 1 and 2 and Phase 2. This is the final payment.

Built to the approved design
Phase 3 builds exactly what was signed off in Phase 2. Design changes requested during build are assessed as scope changes and may affect timeline and cost.
You need to provide hosting
Domain registration and hosting are the client's responsibility unless you've added the domain & hosting setup add-on. We'll advise on the best setup for your plan.
Content must be final
All text, images, and brand assets must be fully approved and final before Phase 3 begins. Content changes during build slow down delivery and may affect scope.
Payment before publishing
The final 30% milestone payment is due before the site goes live. This is standard practice and protects both parties at the point of delivery.
