Questions
The right fee depends on your starting point, such as how much material exists already and how many pages the brand guide needs. After a short call you get one fixed fee in writing, and that is what you pay.
Choose Basis if you need a clear look to start with. Choose Plus if a website or webshop build is coming and you want the design files ready for it. Choose Complete if you also want to see how you compare with competitors and what to do with your product range. If you are unsure, a call will sort it out.
Desk research only: I study public information such as competitor sites, prices, trust signals, shipping terms and bol.com listings, and I analyse your order history and product list. Your order history is a product-level export without customer details. There are no interviews or surveys. You get the findings and advice, and we walk through them together in a 60-minute video call.
If you already have customer data, such as survey results, reviews or analytics figures, I can turn it into synthetic personas and scenarios that show likely needs and behaviour. You share that data anonymised, so no personal data reaches me. The results are modelled, not answers from real people: a starting point to test, not a replacement for talking to your customers. It is an optional extra for Brand Complete, priced separately for your situation.
Two revision rounds per deliverable. Extra rounds are €75 each.
